Chimeras

By their very nature and the mythology they're based off of these should be hard to identify. Chimeras were mythical beasts with parts from various animals (originally a lion, a snake and a goat.) I'm putting them in mammals because of their apparent fur and body shape.  Their wings are leathery, like a bat's. They do have forked kind-of-snake/sort-of-scorpion tail and somewhat Dragon-like heads.
